Description:
This patch fixes following breaking changes in Silverlight 2 RC0.

1. Updated object tag in default.html
2. Replaced reference to System.Windows.Controls.Extended
3. Replaced VisualTransition.Duration property with GeneratedDuration
4. Removed vsm:prefix on items not related to VisualState* (like Setters and Styles)
