Problem with IE8

I've to use a video player working with IE8 (trying to play my video from the .mp4 and don't use flash).

I used this code :
<video src="DTM.mp4" height="252" width="448" controls id="myvideo">

    <object height="252" type="application/x-silverlight-2" width="448">
        <param name="source" value="VideoPlayer.xap">
        <param name="initParams" value="deferredLoad=true, duration=0, m=DTM.mp4, autostart=false, autohide=true, showembed=true, postid=0" />
        <param name="background" value="#00FFFFFF" />

Then it's also compliant with firefox.

The player works fine, fullscreen, song controls... but big pixels appear when there is a movement on the video. My video is a h264 encoded .mp4 file. (1280*720p)

Any ideas or tips to have a fluent video ?

Thanks in advance !
